Years ago on my 02 excursion I performed the 05-07 composite headlight conversion and I’m tired of having to re buff the headlights or replace them as it gets expensive. So I’m looking to know what it would take to do the 05-07 xl sealed beam conversion that take the 6054 beams. I guess just a list of pert numbers for what I would need would be great.
I am running halogen bulbs. I’m definitely starting to like the look of the “work truck” 2005+ headlights and am ready to do the switch. Just don’t know what parts I need.

The LED bulbs don't get near as hot and won't yellow the headlight assemblies. Been running them in both our trucks without any issues...they were only $20 a truck...
It is an easy conversation especially if you get the parts off a donor f250 XL work truck.
than if you want the best light money can buy right now, get the heated JW Speaker heated LED sealed beam that all the semi trucks run. Not only do these have the proper light pattern on the road because they are sn OEM quality product the lens is heated to melt snow. Oh and they are made in the USA.
