It's my understanding the remaining ESP value can be transferred to the ESP for the new truck.
But I've been wrong before. Once I even bought a Camaro. So you'll have to ask.
This is what I did. An existing ESP means nothing to a dealer because "ownership" of the ESP cannot be transferred to them. I dropped the ESP from my 2017 KR and bought a different ESP (different time/mileage option) for my 2022 KR after taking delivery of the new truck. Did it all online with Flood Ford, and since I never made a claim against the ESP with the 2017, a percentage of its cost was applied to the ESP purchase for the 2022.
