Headlight Revolution

Been trying to get a hold of them for days regarding a return. Anyone know if they are still in business? They got the return a week ago.

You call and you're put on hold for a long time, then they say leave a message and the line hangs up. The message cycling on the phone call says use "Chat" for quicker service. Tried - see below...

They never answer the phone, they do not call you back when you leave a message and they pretty much do not respond to your emails when it comes to support and returns.



This is what you get when you try to use Chat.

I call first thing in the morning. I also have a return, just shipped it out and now waiting the right part.

I finally got thru. Found out that they apparently changed some systems and phone platform. Not sure why anyone in retail would do that in DEC unless they had a meltdown.

I was told I would have my refund by tomorrow... we'll see.

Their customer service went downhill for sure. And if you notice, the message they play when you are on hold is the same message that Morimoto plays. Only difference is Morimoto uses an Asian guys voice!

its the same company theres a few of them that are all under the same conglomerate.

I am thinking they are even though I couldn't really find any proof of it. Both companies have equally crappy customer service so that would make sense.

I’ve seen videos from headlight revolution that recommend things that are not Morimoto. I bought the hybrids for my sons 2018 for Christmas and had great service and they were delivered within one week with free shipping. My experience was positive.

theres a thread on tacoma world with proof. its a big chinese company. they brand morimoto as japanese cause "quality"

I dont have any faith in these aftermarket truck accessory companies. I had a terrible time with Recon a couple years ago. And Morimoto.

So frustrating.

Just buy from Amazon. EZ returns. No BS about not being chinese junk……..we all know that it is. Cheaper. Faster.
Just about everything one buys comes from chinee land anyway!

Finally got my refund....

Here is what I ended up moving to.

Install these LED kits. They are perfect - no issues. Made the purchase, they shipped for free and arrived in 3 days.

Very nice kits. Have had them installed for two week - they have been as advertised, perfect - no issues.





Look great - lights up the road prefect.... Also - I have the Rigid setup in my grille and rear bumper



Rigid rears - flush mount.

Not sure if your asking me - the Morimoto's had all kind of issues with the right side on both sets I had. They would not do the power up sequence and every so often the right lights would turn off. Also the original set came loose in the housing.

The LED's I installed in my factory housing from F150LED have been perfect. No issues what so ever. No radio interference and lamps look and work great. It is a pricy set at $360 but an awesome kit. They do run discounts if you ask.

Also the Rigid lights have been perfect.
