front license plate bracket

I recently bought a 98 Explorer and it was missing the front license plate bracket. I can't find anyone that sells them. Does anyone know where I could find one?

I found a new one for a Honda

at a flea market for a buck. A couple of cuts with a knife and some drilling and it looks factory. If the holes in the bumper matched the liscence plate, I wouldn't have even done that.
