Low battery start issues

Low battery start issues

My 2005 F350 6.0 has sat for a couple months and now the batteries are low I'm charging them .My question will this cause electronic issues when trying to start?

It shouldn't unless there are other factors that I'm not aware of.

It turns out that someone left the bed lights on (covered it in the daytime) and that was the issue .New batteries resolved the problem.
