97 7.3 passenger side valve cover hole

Question 97 7.3 passenger side valve cover hole

hey, i have a 97 e350 with the 7.3 that just started spewing oil from the passenger side valve cover. there is a large hole in it that looks like it have some threads, anyone know what belongs in this hole?
i dont see anything on the airbox for a hose/valve to connect them together.

the only hole on the passenger side it the oil fill hole, at least on the F series. I don't own or work on E series PSD engines.

Here is a pic of my 97 f250, I have an e99 spider and 01 inner cooler on it. I also have a 99 to 03 oil fill tube that isn't stock on this vintage. Where that pipe is, is the only hole on the passenger side of the f series

If it's what I think it is there should be a long tube going to the cowl of your van all the way to that hole. That's your oil fill tube, if not someone modified the VC.

here's what it looks like, not for a 7.3 but similar in appearance

In 2000 e350 oil filler tube goes to drivers side VC.
