New vans?

I’m seeing what look like new RV’s based on the old E Series.
Is Ford still building them?

IIRC F350 and up as cutaways.

There is indeed a reincarnation of sorts that are almost direct copies of the full-bodied E-Series vans---its a custom made fiberglass shell grafted onto an E-Series cutaway chassis. There have been a few completed and sold as fully outfitted mini-RV's---quite expensive.

I'll post more info once I'm able to retrieve a link or two.

I think emissions regs made them go away from the V10.

Some fleets like to keep them the same year after year for maintenance reasons.
