Hey guys I got a 2000 f150 4.6 triton 4x4 228000 miles when I bought the truck a month ago had a check engine light for egr valve I know its common for the port's to clog up so took off throttle body sure enough clogged ports cleaned thoroughly looked almost new put it back together cleared codes drove awhile engine light back on po171 and po174 bank one lean codes bought fuel pressure tester tested pressure off fuel rail after I started it in extreme cold about 28 degrees started reved up dropped rpms than started surging fuel pressure was at 20 to 21 pulled vacuum hose off fuel pressure regulator went up 5 pounds in pressure reving did not change pressure but maybe a pound real quick figured it was fuel filter replaced no change did fuel pump assembly no change drove last night fuel pressure was same but ran great about 45 mile trip decided to let it be got up this morning 25 degrees started truck ran for a minute then started surging again drove about five miles came to stop surge is gone running fine now just looking for opinions and thoughts thanks in advance
