Quick flashing directionals
I removed my Morimoto XB Hybrid LED's this morning, so I can sell them separately, instead of trading them in with my truck.
Lights always worked 100% in my truck. Well, I removed them, installed the factory halogens back into the truck, and now the directionals on both sides are quick flashing. Any ideas how to fix it? I'm trading in my truck within weeks to the dealer, once my truck gets here.

Dumb question. But did you look at both turn signals from the exterior to make sure they're working? All bulbs plugged in? Generally a hyper flash indicates a no or low voltage draw. Or as the BCM sees it, an "outage". And even if they are working I've seen the instrument cluster doing the hyper flash while they flash from the exterior is normal speed. But that was LED with no resistor added or FORScan adjustment made.

Maybe just need to replace both bulbs for some reason? But of course I already put the truck back together. lol

Weird that both bulbs would pick the same time to expire. It can be a pain but you can change bulbs without dismantling.

you have to use the same factory directionals when you use the morimoto lights. And I forgot to take the turn signal bulbs out of the morimoto housing. So currently, I have no directional bulbs in my truck at all. Hence why it’s flashing🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
