If you're just wanting to get it running, well, there are guys here in 80-86 and probably also in the 1973-79 forum who can maybe help. But people are going to ask you for more information; what's wrong, what are the symptoms, what have you tried, things like that.
Also the year and what body & chassis is the truck.
I ask because that dose not look like a Ford motor as the carb / intake and distributor are on the wrong sides.
Looks like it could be a Chevy 250 six motor with Ford blue paint.

Fuel,fire,compression
regardless of manufacture
Do you have fuel in that Rochester carburetor?
if so pull off a plug wire and stick a screwdriver in it and hold it near ground. Have a friend crank it and look for spark

I have no clue its one of those mail trucks.. I have no idea the motor or anything that matters. I have spent alot of time searching what kind the engine this could be.

Yea the Rochester carburetors were not used on Fords, it's a Chevy carb.
It looks to have a new-ish fuel pump but no lines hooked to it?

You should have gotten paper work to get plates for the truck and on them should list the truck manf. like Grumman or something like that.
There should also be a body manf. plate some where on the body that can help us.
I also dont think US Mail used Ford parts in their trucks GM / Chevy parts.
But as sdelivery said Fuel, fire (spark),compression
regardless of manufacture and it should run.
