hey didnt i just say this and he thought it was a joke
V = N * 3 * (pi.) * R , what you're doing is converting rev/sec to radians/sec (one revolution equalls three * pi. * radians) and because a radian can be anything you need it to be, you multiply by the radius to get meters/sec and thus your linear speed.
Force = M * V * V / R________________
