95 F250 tailgate panel question

95 F250 tailgate panel question
Is there an easy fix for the aluminum panel on the tailgate to keep it from falling off? On the 95 I just bought, the bottom of all three of the plastic mount tabs are broken off, and the panel is loose. I'd hate to lose that panel going down the road, it looks really nice on there! Anyone have any suggestions for securing it better?
