I am trying to upload a photo and this is the message I get, does anyone know what I need to do to upload this image. This photo is a JPEG.
ThanksYour file "2CEA1311-AB3A-4720-97AC-E7057C6DF917.heic" could not be uploaded. It is not an accepted file type.

See if this works for you.
On your iPhone do this...
Go to Settings
Scroll down to Photos
Scroll down to Transfer to Mac or PC
put the check mark in Automatic
Go to Settings
Scroll down to Camera
Scroll down to Formats
put the check mark in Most Compatible
Then turn the phone off, wait and then turn it back on.
It was trial and error for me.
