C6 Transmission
I have a 78 with a 400. need a new transmission and have a lead on one that was mated to a 460? will that work? I know it's the same bolt pattern, but I heard something about the flywheel being further back?

Should bolt right up. I have a 351m in a 250 which I swapped to a 460. No problem.
