Question Electrical problem

I have a 95 F350 PSD. I have power to turn signal fuses but no power to turn signal flasher. I do have power to emergency flasher though. I replaced turn signal switch but this did not help. I have E-flashers but no turn signals. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

According to my chilton manual, the fuse and flasher are before the turn signal switch so the switch is not the culprit, sorry, what a pain to replace.

The turn signals only work with the key in run position. Replace the fuse and then check for voltage again at the flasher. If no voltage, unfortunately you will have to unmount the electrical gadget the flasher plugs into and check the wires going to the flasher. The manual shows an orange wire with a yellow stripe/trace going from the fuse to the flasher.

I have a 2000 F250 PSD. I have brake and park lights but no turn or signal flasher.

I have replaced turn signal assembly on steering column. However that did not fix problem ? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
