A couple of things I noticed that is different with Canadian orders is that the Lariat Value package is standard in Canada. Not an option. That includes the powerscope mirrors, power and memory seats and adjustable pedals. Block heater is standard in Canada as is Electronic Shift on the Fly. As well, a F250 Lariat comes standard with the 7.3L engine. Probably other things but this is what I noticed. This is all specific to an F250 CCSB.

The prominent numbers on the speedometer are in km/hr, but they also have mph.
In the setup we can select the metric or imperial units. Since I don't use metric, I set up the odometer for miles and fuel consumption to mpg, distance to empty to miles, etc. For temperature, we can select C or F. Without making any changes, I comfortably use a Canadian vehicle with Imperial units.
With respect to options, Ford Canada does have a couple of differences - on my F-450 KR, the quad LED headlights/fog lights are standard, but the tailgate step is an option.

Sometimes when it is really cold in the morning, it feels like square tires for a couple of moments until the flat spot warms up. True story. Temp hits -30F where I live.
