I posted in Appearance & Dress Up forum but not sure any 7.3 owners go there much. I'm simply looking for modest ideas for a sticker/graphic/badge that may, or may not, incorporate the 7.3, or 445 Cubic Inch, or a Godzilla, etc. Sources, where you mounted something, etc. I know there are a few that don't like this stuff but maybe someone does. I did see one that was fairly small mounted on the front fender, low, just before the door. It was a 7.3 decal which is what most of the younger gen know and like. I'm older so I could do a 445 Cubic Inch if it looked good and low key.
I went over to the Tremor forum and found the very long thread about badges. A lot of good info there on this subject. I did find one 445 CI badge. I'm thinking tailgate, or even put one on a hitch plug. I had my Motocross # on my last hitch plug for my 2012 250. That's another story, lol. Now my new truck has a 2.5" plug? Changes!
Following Horizontal Hunter's link I found some that I like. I didn't actually purchase as a pair directly from the link. Same seller sold them individually and the total for 2 was a buck or two cheaper than the pair in the other listing.
My new truck will be Agate Black. I've already ordered replacement 4x4 decals (not a fan of the standard red & silver) and now these new badges to break up the solid black somewhat. I like a little contrast.
