Been lurking here for some time, but anyways i just got the notification that my 2022 f250 was delivered to the dealership today. My question is would you pick it up tomorrow or wait till Monday for a possible( long shot i know) new incentive? It be a real kick in the nuts to buy it this week and ford announce a 1k cash back for November on the Super Duty. Thanks!
Truly doubt there will be any incentives, they can't build enough to meet demand as it is.
Unfortunately I have to agree with you. I got the ECO's 3 or 4 times over the summer. Of course now that I just got a confirmation email from Ford for my 2022 order, that guarantees the offers will dry up!

There have been reports of that here. But in person I didn't see that when I was shopping. I've seen some that would not budge off of MSRP and would not accept X Plan.
I've seen a couple that wouldn't give me a trade value until the new truck arrives. But no "premium" above MSRP. But I guess the premiums are out there. Personally I'd walk immediately if they even hinted at that.
I got X Plan and a couple hundred under the sticker value of my current truck on trade. I didn't pay sticker when I bought the current truck. So there are deals out there. Just maybe not as great as pre pandemic deals.
I was lucky, I got a $2500 cash incentive about two weeks before my truck came in on October 12. I was able to use it on my '22 F-450 KR, usually get these a year after I buy a new one.
i guess i should add that when i order the truck i got 2k under MSRP OTD from a local dealer that had been around for 60 years. Then last week i was watching the news when it was announce that said local dealer sold out to a multistate huge dealership. So I'm also worried about shenanigan's as well.
I sit here waiting for the call that my truck hopefully makes it from the rail yard, where it has sat for the last couple days to the dealership so I can pick it up tomorrow.....
If I get the call I will be making ferry reservations for tomorrow if I can get them.
A new truck in the garage is better than hopes and wishes on new incentives when no dealer has excess inventory.....
Good point. When a PCO is sent, it will show in Smart Vincent. The original poster should be sure to have their dealer check to see if there are any offers available. I believe they search by address and if anything is in the mail or got missed being delivered it will still show up and can be applied.

i called ford marketing a few days ago just for grins to see if i had any PCO's in the system, honestly i was hoping by calling them that it may trigger them sending me one in a few weeks. Anyway i called them and the lady tells me i have one for $2000 and gave me the number associated with it so the dealer could find it easily, i was pretty surprised that i actually had one but didn't know about it because nothing came in the mailbox or through my email??? Sure enough the next day when i get home and check through the mail there it is! So i just happened to call while it was traveling through USPS.
So its worth the call if your delaying picking up a truck hoping on an incentive, it was 40 minutes on the phone listening to hold music before a human finally got to my call though...
