2016 F-250 issues
Just thought I would post a thread and see if anyone else is having the same issues. I purchased a 2016 Ford F-250 in June of 2019 w/ only 18,000 miles on it. I started taking it into the dealership for service in November of 2020. On the very 1st service, they stated I had "heavy seepage" from my upper oil pan. So on the next service, May of 2020, I had them fix the seepage, which then the technician stated he noticed a rusted/loose bolt on the torque converter. Truck now had to stay in the shop for 2 1/2 weeks and the repair was $3,800 (thank god I bought an extended warranty). Then less than two weeks after getting it back, the turbo hose and coupling blew off while I was getting on the freeway (another $800). Three weeks after getting it back, the engine light came on and when I took it in they had to send the diagnostic information to Ford. after a week goes by Ford informs them that they have to replace all the fuel injectors ($6,800) WTF. I can't call "lemon law" on this because I purchased it used and when I went back on the dealership and demanded they make it right (won't get into what I asked for, but it was reasonable for what I've been dealing with), they send me back a ****ty car deal offer to re-acquire the truck, and it would cost ME $4,000. I read about the issue w/ the CP4 fuel pumps and wonder if that was the fuel injector issue.
