A\C Question 2016 F 350 6.7

Recently had the system on my 2016 F 350 evacuated and refilled due to what I thought was short cycling. No leaks were found. The compressor still cycles too often for me. On a hot day, 90* on max recirc, the cycling begins 10 minutes after start up. It runs 20 seconds on, and about 9 seconds off. The temps decrease and settle in about 42* then as the comp cycles there is about a 1* fluctuation, whereas it fluctuated around 3* as it was cooling down. My tech says the evap sensor is ok, The blend doors are operating at full range, pressures are Ok. I am comparing it to others and just never feel that puff of warm air as the compressor cycles. In my opinion, it cycles too rapidly but I just wanted to see what others have seen before I dump more money into this thing chasing a ghost. Also, I have owned it since new and never really noticed this as I do now.

Thanks for reading....

What are the low and high side manifold readings? What is the air temperature coming out of the center vents?

on an 80* day Low side was 38, and high around 215. Center vent settles at 42* on a 90* day.

Either the low pressure switch or the high pressure safety switch is bad. With those reading the compressor should not be cutting out. Also the low side is a bit high relative to the high side, so there's a small chance the compressor isn't pumping strong enough.

I did replace the high pressure cut out switch and the ambient temp sensor in the mirror. They were cheap enough so I figured why not. I would need to throw a set of gauges on it to verify those pressures as that was from memory. Now if I set to fresh air, the compressor does not cycle....although the vent temps are a bit higher. Also, when on max recirc, if I open the windows the compressor does not cycle either. So I am guessing the evap temp sensor is cutting the compressor out, but I am questioning how fast the evap reaches temp. on a hot day.
Oh, and no low pressure switch on this one.
