you can currently order through ford accessories catalog, additional large bins, and "binserts" ie.. soft cases that include the following:
CD case
dual sunglass bins
removeable 110v power inverter
dual small snakelights
cell phone/ pda holder
tissue holder
soon (december) DVD system
in the future (under development) :
cobra handheld radios
satellite radio
mp3 player
removable GPS/navigation
stand alone/removable dvd system
lockable bins
towing accessories storage
and others
the dvd, if ordered through accessories, will require the dealer or a shop to install the wire harness to the radio headunit.
if a dvd is ordered with the vehicle (after dec 15) it comes pre installed and wired.
I lead overhead product development for the company that designed the railport system. we just returned from the SEMA aftermarket show and received a ton of interest. we are running full steam to develop these additional products so you can buy them through ford and hopefully (not finalized yet) through aftermarket channels
