Question
Can someone use Head Gasket sealer on ANY Vehicle? My truck is a 8 cyl 2003 Expedition xlt. It had it's rad changed, after low oil and overheating for 2-3 weeks (running in the RED)... oil is full, NOT running hot now but CHUGGING and poor acceleration. My mechanic said because it is cams and not distributor the block/head gasket sealant will mess up the engine. Is that true? THANK YOU
