It's worth a try, but from past experience these have no relation to the specific site. For example, these guys getting the pop up will likely see the pop ups and possibly banner ads leading to them at various random sites, sometimes completely unrelated to Ford. Not sure if it tracks the browsing activity of the individual, or just their location.

I used three different devices. Two different browsers.
It came up several times Saturday with Mcombs West Ford and Larry H Miller Ford in Utah.
Make sure in your settings that your pop up blocker is off and you accpet cookies.
Tried to get a fourth and it recognized I had been there. Even on the third one it said that. Tried again on a different device and it worked.
Safari and Chrome

I know its frustrating. Ive tried for four mos. This process pisses me off. Ford can do better than lotteries to give us a rebate.
