Thumbs up WOW

Your Dad is really lucky to be walking away from that one. Was looking at the pics and almost got sick, hate to see a pretty truck like that torn up.
At least he is ok, and I learned long time ago to wear the belt, plus our local state boys have a click it or ticket thing going, and I hate to give the politicions any more money than they already steal from us.

I always wear the seatbelt. I was in a rollover and ejected clear of the flipping truck. I was VERY lucky and ever since then I've worn my seatbelt.

Always. Been in 2 accidents that I am sure would have been serious injury or fatal. Not a scratch, just sore.

Seat belts also help keep you in the seat and in control which can help you avoid an accident or from making an accident worse by losing control.

You hear stories about how some guy not wearing a belt was saved by getting tossed from the car, but for every one of those there are hundreds where the belt made the difference.

I wear them and insist all my passengers do too.

Besides it is a whopper fine in many states.

At a mandatory safety class I attended through my work (Highway Dept.) a Highway Patrolman of 30 yrs experience told us he'd never unbuckled a dead guy in all his years.

Your Dad is really lucky to be alive and walking away from that one.

Sinjin...The reason the state trooper has never unbuckled a corps from the car is because they let the Paramedics do that !!

I ALWAYS where mine-see my gallery to see what it did for me!-It held me in place for the airbag to do its job. Seatbelts and airbags can do wonders with a little help from above!

:-staun

I was a fire fighter for 15 years. I learned early on to wear a seatbelt. Spent way too much time hunting for unbuckled body parts.

My opinion is he is LUCKY to get away relative unscathed.

Glad to hear the statistics boys at your local DOT didn't have another one to punch in their compooters.

wow........

Had a blowout on the left rear @ 70 in my pocket rocket a few years back and thankfully my daughter had just been thru Drivers Ed and is VERY head strong...
got me to wearing them on a regular basis and I KNOW I'm here because of it !

Thought I could control it, and did for a few flops of the tire carcass, but then it flopped over one more time and THREW the car thru two lanes of traffic to the right and I rolled five times when it went sideways down the hill....

Never found some of the things in my car they were thrown out and broke the drivers window with my head !!!

I was VERY blessed !

His trannie is a 4r100. I don't think it will go in your f150. Oh, I never wear one.
