Angry Low Voltage on fuel electrical

Hi, I have a problem with my fuel pump not turning on. I have just returned from a vacation and gone to work for two day. The truck got me home, but when I went to start it the next morning, I could not get it to start. I checked and was not getting any fuel pressure. When I check the voltage at the distribution box relay, I am only getting 6.3 volts. And That is the same voltage I am getting at the cut off, and at the pump itself. Does anyone have the diagrams or could tell me where to look to trouble shoot the problem? I am not even sure the pump is bad at this point.

Ignore it, it's a "red herring".

What is the voltage during the priming cycle? That cycle is only 2-3 seconds long after the key is turned from OFF to RUN and is the reading that actually matters.

There are numerous threads on here, and other forums, about low voltage to the fuel pump. You may want to scour those first.
