I had my bumper off to install a front hitch. I took blue painters tape and put it roughly in the middle of the valance. Then cut along the tape. Basically cut half the valance off. This is the after pic. I don’t have a before pic.
I bought the tremor valance, removed the old one and the prius catchers. Shorter than the 2wd version, just enough to cover the bottom lip of the bumper.

did you have to drill a few new holes to make it work?
No drilling, bolts right up. Two of the bolts are a little obscured but the swap doesn't take long at all. You have to pull three clips off each side and slide them onto the new valance. The whole project including removing the prius catchers took about 30 minutes.
I have a new truck coming in next week and have a 17-19 2wd valence available if you would like it. Maryland area. I made this swap and am swapping back to trade in!
