Pulled from an 83 l6. I know it's a Carter, made for Motorcraft in the USA, and that it was inspected by Larry L. Is this the one I've been told has the goofy air bleeds? Is there a workaround for that? I'm not against buying a replacement carb, but if l can rebuild and use this one, I'd rather do that than take my chances on a Chinese knock-off.
Carter 1/B thermostatic choke. This is a worthy carb choice IMO. No problems with rebuilding and using this carb.
Excellent, Thank You.
BTW; l fat-fingered this question into the wrong subforum... l originally meant to post in the Bullnose arena but left it here anyway. Casting a wider net and all.
