Hey fellas so i have decided to keep my 80's vintage CustomCraft camper shell, or topper or cap depending on where you are. When my grandpa bought the truck in 80 he immediately put a shell on I and it's been there for 41 years now. Had a tree fall on it and everything lol. But I like it cuz its original to the truck, paint matched and screams 80s.
So im trying to restore it somewhat just so that it's somewhat somewha"resistant". I need these side window trim peices I think they are called Glazing? I really don't know. Can't find much info on this old of camper. I can find things sorta similar but not really. I could just seal the side windows completely but that's my last resort if I can't get it fixed.
Any help is appreciated no I'm not just gonna unbolt it and hit a turn it's got a historical value for me Tree damage \"Fixed" Neede these damn things Looks like this. **** picture but hope you get the idea
I've been able to get help replacing glass and seals for my canopy at my local auto glass company. Also there are a couple canopy outlets in my area that have had replacement parts for mine. I think the part you are looking for would be called window moulding or outer seal.
No that is the thin stuff you shove in the accent areas. (Need that too) but what I'm looking for is more of an actual window seal to help prevent water intrusion. It snaps into the aluminum track

yeah googling that brings up the bolt covers, windsheild moulding, window runs and other seals that are close but not at the same time. Back when a tree fell on it the tree trimmer company shopped around and couldn't find a replacement window for it (cuz the toppers company I think went under or was bought by another company in the 80s) I can't even find record of the company except for the logo and warranty card. Yup 1980s warranty card

Do you have an RV dealer or repair shop nearby? The windows used on canopies are basically the same as RV windows from the same era.
