Replacing burnt out bulb

How does one change the bulb in the running light area at front of 92 F250 just to the right of the headlight? cannot seem to get in there without having to remove the window washer fluid holder.

Can't seem to find anything on it. But if it looks like you have to un-bolt the washer bracket, go ahead. Thankfully you don't have to do this too often.
