Old guy, had a 2000 F150 in 2004, just for a year while fixing up a house to move into. Now retired, just got a 2002 F150,
Flareside 4.6L. I didnt get a Lightning cuz most of them are molested or too nice and expensive to use as a truck. But I seek
info here to move my rig in that direction, but not as far as supercharging.
My rig is yellow, which it seems was not a factory color, also with a yellow grille insert, and overspray behind it. Spent 3 hours today removing the t.s.lenses and grille assy. which was graciously left chrome. I hope to share my progress ina thread here,
as I did on Sweptline.org with a complete frame-off on my 1966 D100 Utiline (Dodgespeak for stepside, flareside, et al).
I hope that will go well here, but the 2000's are too new for a category in the classic section. We shall see
