'66 F250 Generator Light blinking

'66 F250 Generator Light blinking
Recently the GEN light on the '66 F250 blinks dimly...seems it gets brighter at speed. Stays on when I turn on the Emergency Flashers or Turn Signals... Brand new Battery - any ideas?

Check your charging system with a voltmeter to see if you have the correct voltage. Then there are other things you can check to narrow it down if it's a voltage regulator or alternator (generator?) It should be an alternator with a 66
