351 Exaust

What is the difference between the 1986 302 and 351 exaust system. I read that the exaust is different, and NAPA even lists a different tail pipe, muffler, even cats! Would it have any more tone to it? would it be a direct swap for some more power in a 302 truck? I'd like duals but I have to pass emissions and retain the cats, the 351 exaust may be what I'm looking for.

i know my 86 351 has a resinator on the exaust that my be the difference not sure but just a idea
