which wheel cylinder is correct?

I'm overhauling my 48 F-3 brake wheel cylinders and a few questions have arisen. On the front wheels I see I have a wheel cylinder that's 1-3/8" x 1" bore. The larger bore is in front. and pushes a shoe that has more lining than the rear shoe. I ordered new wheel cylinders and received a cylinder that's 1-3/8" on both ends. The Raybestos catalog shows both types for this truck. I have Raybestos wc7350. & 7351. Do you think I can use these new cylinders or should I send back? Also. does that seem correct, shoe with more lining in front and shoe with less lining in rear? Would this lining setup be correct for the rear wheels also?

Are these brakes called "Lockheed" type?
