2003 E350 right rear caliper
2003 E350 right rear caliper.
I installed new brake pads all around and new front rotors. The accordion seal on the right rear caliper does not retract all the way. I jacked up each rear wheel and spun the wheels with the vehicle in neutral. The left rear wheel rotates freely in both directions with one hand. I have to use both hands to rotate the right rear wheel backward and one hand to rotate the wheel forward. It appears the caliper is slightly sticking. I greased all the caliper pins. Caliper pin seals are good.
Should both wheels rotate with equal force?

By "accordion seal" are you referring to the caliper piston seal by chance? Is that caliper new or have some mileage on it already? How did the replaced brake pad look compared to the other rear wheel?
If your accordion seal is the caliper slide pin boot it might have a bit of corrosion on it causing it to hang up a bit. I'd double check the slide pins making sure they're clean and smooth.
And yes both wheels should rotate easily with the same relative force.
