Bilstein torque?

Just got my new Bilsteins for the truck (94 F-350) but they didn't come with any installation directions. Does anyone have a torque for the mounting nuts or will tight do? Any other hints you all can pass, I'd appreciate. Didn't come with new hardware either. The old stuff ok to use again?

OK, found the torques on-line but now the question is, does the boot go up or down? Did some searching on FTE and the verdict seems out. Once again, no instructions, so does it matter?
