It has a long bed, so it is an F-350, but they were never stock with four wheel drive so it is a conversion by Marmon-Herrington or a NEAPCO, I believe, or a home-grown conversion. Only F-250 CC's had stock 4wd which were only short beds. The vin would reveal it for sure, as starting with F35 which denotes a 2wd truck. It also has a 70-72 bed on it.
Yeah I knew they never came like that from the factory. However it was converted, it’s still cool to see a 4x4 cclb bumpside. How can you tell it’s a 70-72 bed?
It's a 70-72 bed as it has the light at the end of the bump. 67-69 the bump extended all the way to the back.
That's not a 67 cab. Heater controls have sliders like 68-72 instead of ***** like 67. Doors are also 68-72 as they have the locks up by the windows. Hood is also NOT a 67 only hood.
Only thing 1967 I see on the truck is the grill.
Very curious what front axles are under it to have disc brakes. Front discs weren’t available on a 4wd until I believe around 1976 or so.
Also I believe an 8’ bed would be too short for an F350 frame.
Very curious what this truck actually is. My guess it’s a frame swap from something later 1970’s.
