Cassette to cdplayer

I have a 98 supercab and I want to replace my factory am-fm-cassette with a factory am-fm-cdplayer. I have heard that I will need a differant wiring harness to do this. Does anyone know if this is correct and what is involved in changing the harness? Also what years will fit as I am looking at getting a "experianced " one .

Usually the stock harnesses are the same, so I think it's just a quick in and out sort of thing. I personally would go with an aftermarket CD player though, you will get a lot better quality.
