Going through Virginia this afternoon and a dump truck enters the road spewing f’n debris everywhere. I dropped back and watched a fist size dirt clod bounce off a car in front of me and hit the grill. Hoped no damage but no such luck.
I have a large mark in the grill bar that broke the chrome layer in three places.
Is there a repair process or am I looking at an after market grill replacement? Advice and recommendations please.
Pissed off in Virginia
No repairs I'm aware of for chrome on plastic and it sounds like the plastic itself might be cracked. Grille replacement would likely be your only option.
