Angry 2019 ELECTRICAL

HEY GUYS, INSTALLING PLOW LIGHT ON MY F-150, TRIED TAPPING INTO THE PASS.SIDE FUSE PANEL, # 23 , A 10 AMP MICRO FUSE. SHORTED SOMETHING, NO POWER TO RADIO, A/C,DOOR LOCKS, POWER WINDOWS, GUAGES. TRIED ASK WITH A FORD MECHANIC, BUT NO HELP ANY HELP WOULD BE GREAT. THANKS JOHN

Did you replace the fuse and disconnect the wiring you installed?

You didn't give much to go on and also a picture of your fuse box area with the way you tapped into the fuse might help.

Yea, replaced the fuse, still no power to all out. the fuse panel is the one on the passenger side foot area. Tried to slip wire into one side of fuse leg

A 10-amp fuse hardly seems to be large enough to power plow lights in addition to everything else it supplies. For items such as the power widows and door lock to not work I would think you either blew an ignition fuse (50-amp?) or a smaller fuse that powers the ECM or security module. Is there a fuse box under the hood? If so that's where the ignitions fuses will be.

There is a fuse box in the passenger footwell and under the hood.
OP, disconnect your added wires...then look for your blown fuse.

Reconsider how you have the plow lights wired before trying to tie them to the truck again.
