Click on the "Forums" tab at the top left of your screen, in the drop down, click on the "Super Duty/Heavy Duty" section. The folks there might have some information. There is also a buyers guide, in the ":General" section. And, it might not hurt to look in the "Marketplace" too.
Don't forget to check your state chapter. The local folks wll probably have the best handle on your area. You may even run into a dealer or dealer employee too.
I bet it's part of the chip shortage. Adaptive Steering takes some dedicated computing horsepower to run so odds seem good that this is the case. I haven't seen any credible publications that indicate what particular features are affected by the shortage. I suspect that if there were such a publication, it would be fairly complicated to write as there seems to be shortages across many functions and features. Hopefully they finish building it at the factory and don't ship it to the dealership to wait for the remaining parts.
