My son has a 21 model company truck that has developed a scraping noise that starts at 28 mph and goes away at 70. The truck has 25k miles. The noise is definitely in the rear of the truck. I am a retired mechanic and have heard some strange noises but this one has me scratching my head. It almost sounds like something is loose in one of the emergency brake rotor hats.
