I got a 1995 F150 with a 5-speed 5.0 bored and stroked out to a 347 i got it from my cousin and he rebuilt it it runs good other than it blows air out of the valve covers what can cuse this? Any help would be greatly appreciated
Sounds like blow-by. Does it smoke? Have you done a compression test? The only thing I can think of is leaking piston rings. Was it just rebuilt? were the cylinders checked for excess wear, bored. honed, etc.

How much air?
Could be normal.
Is the PCV correctly installed on one valve cover, and the other valve cover should have a breather with tube going to the air filter box?
Some put 'sealed' valve covers on, then question why the oil filler cap blows off, spewing oil everywhere.

Its a carb 347 in not to sure on how the hoses hook up on the carb set up its enough air to keep my fingers over the hole its blow my fingers up alittle bit pretty good
If your PCV is in place and functioning you need to do a compression and leak down test. Rings may not have seated. If your not sure you have a pcv a picture would help.
