Backspacing

I'm having a tough time figuring out what backspacing I'm going to be needing on my '68 F100 2wd. I've done a Autofab 3" lift and Scarebird front disc brake conversion and wanting to go with a 20x9" wheel. Not sure if -12 is enough backspacing to keep a set of Nitto Exo Grapplers, LT275/55R20, from rubbing radius arms at full lock.. ??

From: Phoenix, Az.

Maybe go to a local Tire Store and have them tell you what backspacing you need.
