Radiator Support LMC?

I've seen the Youtube video, but has anyone here bought and installed the LMC Truck PSD Diesel radiator support?

Likes and dislikes?

Would you do it again or would you go with a clean used or patch your old one up?

I ordered the radiator core support for my 97 f250 from LMC and it fit like OEM part. I had looked everywhere for the core support from other places and was told that any f series would fit. This is not the case. The 97 f250 diesel has year specific core support and LMC was the only place I could find it. Most used supports I found where rusted out under the batteries and would not work. I would recommend the LMC radiator core support over all others. Good luck

Robrrr, thanks for the info. I believe the 94.5-97 (98SD?) PSD all use the same support for the turbo diesel. I was told the non turbo diesels used a different support and gas trucks yet another support. So I've been led to believe on the 92-97 body style there are 3 different radiator supports, depending on which engine it is running.

I need to replace 1 or 2 on my trucks and although I do not mind spending my time or money on my projects, I HATE wasting either one.

I'm not sure about the non turbo diesels, but the gasser and turbo diesels are different. I just put the LMC one in my truck and was very happy with it, everything matched perfectly. I would recommend ordering bolts and those clip on nuts, as mine were rusted. I believe they have them listed on the s

ame page you order the support. Took months of checking everyday before they came back in stock but not bad after they came into stock. My understanding is LMC does free shipping over 1,000 spent if you need to order other stuff. Otherwise there is like a $150 freight charge.

I also have one and am very happy with it. Depending on how rusty yours is may be tough removal. Overall good fit and makes everything better.
