Pulling a dash in a E450/Getting 12V.

Can sombody tell me how to remove the dash on my E450? I need to get some 12 volt out for my CB which will be installed above the windshield. Or is there another source of power thats easyer to get.

What year is it? You can't run from the fuse box?

even if you ran a wire straight from the battery, I can't see why you'd want to pull the dash
