2003 Excursion 6.0
Hey new owner here. Bought my wife a 2003 Eddie Bauer Excursion two weeks ago. I have put maybe 50 miles on it and I have already broke something on it. The overhead sunglasses holder has opened up and won't close. It looks like two metal clips have popped out of place and are blocking it from closing. When I fool with them it feels like the bin is under a lot of tension and about to break. Any suggestions? She is not happy with me right now.

Do y'all think I will have to take down the overhead console to fix the holder? Still getting the cold shoulder from the wife but kinda want to hear from someone with a little more experience with this before I start dropping the console. It looks like a single screw is holding everything up. I don't want to break it and have to buy a new overhead.
