Third brake light problems,still!

Third brake light problems,still!
Well,ive had to replace another burnt third brake light bulb again!This makes 4 in three weeks! Can anyone guide me to the problem? There is no water in the lens area,and ive used bulb grease in the socket.Those wires are pretty bunched up;could one be frayed?Where do I start looking?Where is this socket grounded? Help!

I think ive fixed it; the bulb was very loose in the socket so I closed the probes of the socket a bit and on the bulb,pulled the contact wires out a bit.This made the bulb very tight in the socket.I'll keep ya'll posted!
