I ordered my F150 on 2/26. Still not in production. Anyone else waiting this long. I was told it was to be built starting this week. Checking VIN daily. Still nothing. Just curious what others situations are. Thanks

My brother special ordered a King Ranch in February, it just arrived on July 13th. Now they're telling him they are not going to honor the price of the truck that he ordered and won't go below MSRP. Plus there may be an "Additional Dealer Markup" on it. This is unbelieveable! BUYER BEWARE!!!!!

Home builders are doing this, too.
I assume he doesn't have a signed contract, only an intent to purchase?
I'm seeing a schit ton of new Chevies and Rams on the road, far more than normal. Ford had best get their ducks in a row and find a way to get their dealer network to fall in line.
On my recent road trip I saw several auto transports and all but 1 (Ford) were carrying GM trucks. I passed a couple small Ford stores with NO trucks showing on the lot.
I took mine in yesterday for oil change and tire rotation at my local Quick Lane. The dealers lot had 1 new F150. Since I'm not in the market I didn't even bother to look at it. The rest of the lot had a few SUV's but for the most part it was empty. Kinda weird to see a dealers lot without any vehicles.

Currently awaiting arrival for our build and like everyone else we've been waiting a long time. If I go in and they say they aren't going to honor our agreed upon price and try to add markups I guess I'm walking. They'll get an earful but you know what's the worst part? *MY* truck will almost certainly get sold the very next day for their higher price. That almost sounds criminal, how can they do that to people? Money, money, money.
I ordered May 1st, truck was delivered June 28th. I got real lucky, dealer honored X-plan and $6100 in incentives. I will say I think you will see it soon, trucks seem to be rolling back into the dealerships near me and my dealer told me word is Detroit has all the chips they need.
Up until last week my Ford dealer had 3 F150's on the lot. In the last several days they have gotten in at least one, of not two truckloads of F150's. Seems they are starting to move a little bit.
