Rebuild, need computer reset?

Ok, I just finished rebuilting my 90' and I have NO POWER in the low end. None!

I did change the cam to a RV cam, and ground doen the block for a little more compression, but other than that it's stock parts.

Do I need to do something to the computer the let it knwo that it now running a motor with 175k miles on it any more?

Is there somehting else going on?

Ok, here's what's happening.
When the truck is under a load, ie I'm going up a hill and giving it more gas, or when i just llay into it, it's falling on it's face... Giving me the impressions that it's flooding and can't handle the request?

Any ideas?

Maybe the pump isnt delivering enough fuel. Have you checked fuel pressure?

Nope, it's just a RV (Reconational Vehical) cam. It's suposed to change the power band for torque. Givine me better pulling ratios.

It's nothing "high-performance"

Did finly get all the kinks out. When I talked with Ford they recomended that the factory specs be re-programed back into the computer. That i did and solved most of the issues.
