Balljoint for 1980 F-100?

My front driver's side wheel looks a bit funny, its tilted inwards at the bottom. Is this the bottom balljoint? is there any sort of test i can do to make sure its the balljoint? If its the balljoint should i replace both of them or do the whole front end? and how hard is it to replace them?
thanks

If it's a 4x2 the '80 F-100 still has kingpins, BUT bum kingpins and bum ball joints do the same thing (basically). Here's how to check: Jack up the offending wheel and support it. grab the tire at 12 and 6 and try to wiggle it. doesn't move? Then nothing's loose. If it moves, stick your head under there and see where it's moving at. if it's moving right at the backing plate odds are it's kingpins. if the backing place stays in place, then the wheel bearings are suspect.
